Slow-roasting the Iranian pistachios stays in our own hands, and so does grinding them into a paste that contains nothing but pistachios. That gives the nougat a pure pistachio flavour, softened by the white chocolate and underlined by the dark chocolate.

How long the nougat keeps
The nougat keeps for around 3–4 months; you will find the exact best-before date on the packaging. Store it in a cool, dry place.
