In Italy, we personally oversee the selection of only the finest ginger, giving the oil its unique warming character.

Tip for a fresh beetroot salad

Ingredients: fresh beetroot, Lučina or a similar fresh cream cheese, pepper (Madagascan or another bold variety), salt, classic olive oil to taste, ginger olive oil.

Method: Peel the fresh beetroot and grate it into thin strips. Place in a bowl, add the fresh cheese, drizzle with classic olive oil, season with pepper and salt, and mix thoroughly. Transfer to a plate and generously drizzle with ginger olive oil. Buon appetito!
