From the Silvestri Rosina family oil mill

Bambini olive oil was created to offer children and adults the very best of Italian nature. It is a single-variety oil – a Leccino monocultivar – made from olives known for their delicate flavour. This gives the oil a clean, balanced character and preserves its naturally valuable qualities. At the mill, we personally oversee the rapid processing of the olives shortly after harvest so that the oil retains as many of its natural properties, vitamins and antioxidants as possible.

Bambini is crafted to appeal even to children. It is mild, does not feel harsh in the throat and has a pleasant fruity aroma.
