From the Silvestri Rosina family olive mill

Bambini olive oil is the result of our effort to offer not only children the very best of Italian nature. It is a single-variety oil – Leccino monocultivar – made from olives with a naturally milder flavour. This gives the oil a pleasantly clean, balanced character and makes it naturally rich in valuable nutrients. At the mill, we personally supervise the rapid processing of the olives shortly after harvest so that the oil retains as many of its natural properties, vitamins and antioxidants as possible.

A gentle sweetness to delight your taste buds

Bambini is made to appeal even to children. It is mild, does not create a strong peppery sensation in the throat and has a pleasant fruity aroma.

Aroma: Fresh, reminiscent of fresh apple and green olives.
Taste: Mild, slightly sweet and buttery, with a delicate hint of bitterness.
Bitterness/Pungency: Very mild – suitable even for more sensitive children’s palates.
