Our chocolate sets are gluten-free and contain no milk (except for white chocolate – clearly indicated). Chocolate bars are available plain or flavored. Plain bars contain no gluten or nuts; milk is present only in milk and white chocolate. Pralines may contain milk, cream, nuts (hazelnuts from Piedmont, almonds, cashews, pistachios, macadamias, walnuts…), and sometimes gluten (e.g., beer or gingerbread fillings).

Yes. We use only quality chocolate that does not contain palm fat.

Yes. Our dark chocolate (gift sets and bars) contains no milk or animal products.

• White – cocoa butter, sugar and milk; smooth and sweet.
• Milk – cocoa mass, cocoa butter, sugar and milk; sweeter and creamier than dark.
• Dark – higher cocoa mass content, more intense flavor and less sugar.

We offer chocolates from 29% up to 100% cocoa. Our gift sets are made with 58% dark chocolate for a balanced sweet-bitter profile.

We use certified food-grade colorants suitable for chocolate, compliant with EU regulations (e.g., E555, E551, E172, E132, E133, E110, E129, E102).

Our chocolate tools are designed to look like the originals – in up to 99% of cases they match the real-world size 1:1.

Store in a dry place at 18–23 °C, away from the fridge, heaters and direct sunlight. Watch out for humidity.
