How fast do you deliver chocolate?
Within Czechia usually 1–4 business days after dispatch. During Christmas (3–7 days) it can take longer.
How do you ship during hot weather?
We dispatch smartly with respect to temperature and choose the best timing/carrier. A returnable thermo box is available.
Do you deliver on weekends?
Carriers deliver Mon–Fri. Weekend pick-up depends on Letovice opening hours.
